Anita Brown L.Ac is a licensed acupuncturist and specialist in the treatment of pain and injury. She graduated from Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, with a master’s degree in Oriental Medicine. Through her personal experiences, Anita has dedicated her life to giving people hope and helping others improve their health with Oriental Medicine.

Treatment Methods:
- Acupuncture: Thin needles (less than the thickness of a hair) are placed in certain spots on the body called acupuncture points. This stimulates the body’s own healing response.
- Electro-Acupuncture: The same process as regular acupuncture but with the addition of a micro-current to help alleviate pain.
- Cupping Therapy: The attachment of rounded inverted glass cups to certain parts of the body using a vacuum effect. The glass cups are moved along the surface of the skin, increasing blood flow and relieving muscular tension.
- Tui na: A type of body work that combines massage and acupressure to relieve muscular pain and discomfort.
- Herbal Therapy: Herbs are used to address unhealthy body patterns and can be invaluable for those seeking a prescription-free alternative.
